Media Markt received the bulk of its visits from customers at the end of the day, and so the lack of flexibility inherent to a conventional data centre made it preferable to switch to Azure, thus obtaining the scalability and availability needed for its business. It also gained greater security and reliability as well as the potential to rapidly scale up to meet the demands of its successful campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>Eduard Mart\u00ednez,\u00a0<strong>Media Markt\u2019s CIO<\/strong>, said: \u201c<em>Following consultation with Trilogi, Media Markt decided upon Softeng to deliver this project not only for its proven track record with Azure IaaS, but also for being a software engineering company able to provide us with the best possible solution: a PaaS environment.
